The List as it stands:

We have enough - outside linking players now. We have enough K.P.P's at the 190 - 193 cm range. What we need to do is get the KPP's of the 194-196 range in this draft - for them to be ready when our midfield is physically mature. The time is now! It takes 3 yrs / 4yrs for a 194-196 KPP to be 'AFL ready'.

I must state I Love 'Michael Hurley - Northern Knights and Chris Yarran - Swan Districts. However, they are surplus to our needs right now. Be careful of KPP's from South Australia - they do not seem to come on as quick as clubs would like (r.e Hughes) - ditto for Johnstone?

Retired / Delisted: Jackson, Bowden, Hyde, Howat (rookie).

Trade: Chris Newman, Andrew Raines: are surplus to our needs now - with Connors / Casserley / McMahon / O-Nicholls on board. Raines could only stay if he become 'an inside mid'.

Chris Newman - would garner I presume an early / late 2nd round choice. Take it - as Chris does not tackle - and has suspect defensive abilities.

Raines - Late 2nd round choice / or wait for Gold Coast??

Pettifer: Soft / unaccountable footballer. Could play in a dinner suit. Late 3rd round pick. Again surplus to our needs with, Morton, Edwards, Collard, White - our crumbers / defensive forwards.

Get as many picks as you can this season before Gold Coast - enters drafts.

Collard / Cartledge added to senior list.

So Draft for the Tigers:

Round 1: K.P.P 194-196: CHF.

1. Jack Watts.

2. Lewis Johnstone.

3. McKernan (only if you think he can play CHF) and is quick and agile.

4. Trengrove: (only if you think he can play CHF) and is quick and agile.

Round 2: Ruckman - 200cm +

1. Trade - re above. Warnock?

2. Andrew Browne.

Round 2 (Newman) trade: K.P.P: CHF / FF. 194-196cm.

Late Round 2: (Raines trade) K.P.P: C.H.B / F.B.

I love Thursfield. Be an even better player if he was on the third tall / small-marking forwards (Medhurst's of the world).

Round 3: Hard-nosed mid. Good kicking skills. Leader.

Late Round 3: (Pettifer trade): Ruckman: 200cm+

Round 4: A speculative pick. A junior you see developing / who could play at Under 18 level again next season.

Rookies: 3 to choose. Only Silvestor on the Rookie list still.

1. Steven Foster

2. Fort Caruso

3. Liddle / Lucas Boyd / Jayden Post.

Questions I would love answered.

1. Any chance we could 'Ray Hall' Greg Tivendale and allow Cartledge / Collard to play seniors?

2. How is Dave Gourdis travelling? Do you see him as a F.B or a lead up C.H.F?

3. Dean Putt - is he a forward or a chance to be a ruckman also.

4. Alex Rance - what is his best position? CHB or FB?

5. Danny Meyer / Dean Polo? How are they going? Will they be delisted?

6. Why choose Silvestor (Who I like - as a strong - lock down F.B - Could spell Thursty to a third tall's role) if you are not going to play him? Is the 'Big Cat' part of the teams plans?
