Don't like the look of Waite because of his misclassification. He is disadvantaged. Dempsey also appears misclassified but that shouldn't be too much of a problem. My main concern, is that i don't think he has a spot in the team. He would need to fully establish himself quickly like Raines and Gram (last year).
There seems to be quite a lot of money leftover in the reserves. Do you really want to have Sansbury lying around on the bench? I can understand wanting extra ruck backup maybe, but generally, the money should be on the park.
Jonathon Brown has a major risk factor. I certainly won't be touching him. He will get the big points - no worries. But he is yet to prove himself at putting the 22 games together. This game is a marathon, not a sprint - buyer beware!
Overall, i think you could use more proven players. Cox, Hall, Pavlich, Ablett are probably you're most reliable players because their recent 'games output' has been outstanding (hardly missing any games). Try getting more of them, because they are more likely to deliver.
And i must say the centres look super-light (even to me). I think this approach is quite attractive because it has the potential to maximise VFM (value for money), but you could try to strengthen it up a little. Even I wouldn't be that daring |
Based on your advise I have revamped my team and kept only Roe of which you disliked. My team now looks much more balanced:
B: Roe, McPhee, Hunter, Raines, Waters, Brennan, Kosi [Reynolds, Hansen]
C: Kerr, Tuck, Sherman, Griffen, Lappin, Crowley [Selwood, Gibbs]
R: Cox, Simmonds [Hudson, Leunberger]
F: Hall, Ablett, Davey, N.Brown(Ric), Pettifer, Monfries, Thomas [Davey, Kennedy]
My main concern now is I have 5 Lions and 5 Tigers so my scoring is at risk of fluctuating with these teams performances!
