Exclamation Player questions for Dreamteam

Hey just wondering what people thing about Hansen (kang), ive read a few places that he is a bad idea for dream team as he wont get many games ?? his form in preseason/Nab cup has been pretty good, think hes worth picking ??

heaps of people are also saying Monfries is a good pick this year? has he had an awesome pre season or something, he was pretty average last year....?

Alwyn Davey ? how has his form been ? is he likely to get many games? i know he got taken quite late in the draft, however he is 22 ? do you think he will get games over someone like Jetta? does he play more midfield or forward?

Andrew Browne (Dockers) beside from the fact that he went to my school so i want to pick him and that he has had a terrible injury run i dont know much about him ? hes cheap but will he be getting consistent games?

David Rodan?? 150k on dream team ?? worth it ?

Sam fisher ?? pretty decent pre season, but is quite pricey at 314k .. any thoughts??

Chad Cornes ? worth 350k ? what have his stats been like pre season?? its hard to find stats for NAB games its so annoying!!!!

I'll tell you what i've seen and know of Hansen (being a Roo supporter)

The kid played heaps of pre-season games but never got more than about 30 minutes a game. When he did play his marking was pretty good but found it a little hard to adapt.

He will more than likely be groomed as a KPP either CHF or CHB. He just turned 18 years old though and is nowhere near physically or mentally ready for consistant AFL football.

From what i've seen and what Laidley has said he will likely get around 10 games and of those will play limited game time

Hansen - agreed. he will struggle to hold a place in the team, and will produce minimal stats. i think he is an okay pick if he plays 10-15 games, but we should look for better picks than him.

Monfries - most people have realised that he is listed in the 'forwards' when he probably should be in the 'centres'. it appears Monfries will spend some time in the midfield this year and will be produce midfield-orientated stats. 'forwards' don't score as well as 'centres', so that means Monfries has a pointscoring advantage.

Davey - i believe he is a certain starter in Essendon's 22 and will play rd1.

Browne - could be a real smokey. now that Farmer is rubbed out, Browne could find himself in the side for rd1. keep your eye on the team sheets, because he's worth monitoring.

Rodan - absolute bargain. dissappointed that he wasn't classified as a 'forward'

S.Fisher - good player, but his price is un-enticing. i don't think he will improve upon his stats from last year. if he can reproduce the form of last year and play out the 22 games, he will be worthwhile.

C.Cornes - fully qualified stat-machine. but i've never trusted "the Chad". he never seems to quite play the 22 games (it seems to always be about 18-21). Personally, i would look for someone safer with that kind of pricetag.

yeah i think your right about chad, hes no kane, thats for sure. im so undecided about browne!! monfires is sounding better and better by the minute. there are so many other youngster who i want to have on my bench hoping that they will get some field time, like armitage, lindsay thomas, cockshell, any thoughts on them ?
