Default Coasters dreamteam...advice

well i finally found time to quickly put together a team.
its a start and i should be able to have a closer look in the next couple of days. here is how it stands atm:

BACKS:
C Cornes
P Burgoyne
G Birchall
J King
B Symes
S Hurn
T Lonergan
(S Selwood)
(L Hansen)

MIDS:
A Cooney
N Dal Santo
N Jones
N Stevens
M Coughlan
C Masten
(R Palmer)
(B Ebert)

RUCKS:
D Cox
T Simmonds
(M Berger)
(M Kruezer)

FORWARDS:
M Pavlich
J Brown
D Giansiracusa
B Deledio
A Monfries
J Porplyzia
J Kennedy
(C Rioli)
(K Tippett)

ok so what im looking at atm is to make some more money (i only have 8100 leftover) and upgrade to a bigger name forward.

thoughts?

That looks a very good all-round squad to me. I'd try to get another gun forward if possible, by upgrading one of your midpriced players.

looking over that team im not liking the midfield or giansiracusa.

thinkng maybe franklin instead of giansiracusa.

cross or kerr(?) instead of cooney

btw i think kerr is looking good for rd1...hes been training very well

Nice squad. 6 Eagles isn't pushing things to far?

Funny your thinking of swapping Gia for Franklin as i'm thinking the opposite. Think Gia has more upside than Franklin and is likely to be more consistent.

Like the selection of Kennedy i'm seriously considering him.

Gia is more consistent than Franklin as ALI-G said - personally I wouldn't do it. If you could bring in BJ/SJ/Riewoldt into the forward line for one of the mid-high priced players, it would look very good.

I prefer Cross - I think he's slightly underpriced, more consistent that Kerr and less likely get suspended.

ok so cross is now in my team, cooney out. took out berger and in comes meeson.

i now have 61,100 in the bank and am lookin to upgrade monfries to riewoldt. which means i need a LOT more money. i am 80,300 short which would mean i am gonna have to make a large sacrifice somewhere.

thoughts?

I had S.Selwood in and out of my team but traded him for Hartlett for the simple fact that Hartletts been named. Don't know if Selwood will get a decent run.
