Default Dremteam Trade Advice Strategy
is it worth trading a mid-range player for another mid-range player during the year?or should i only upgrade into a gun by bying a rookie?

Depends if you have the cash to upgrade that mid range player to a decent player or if your midrange player is injured. That could be the only time otherwise you are just wasting trades. Choose a good team at the beginning of the year so you don't have to make wasteful trades.

Never, ever sideways trade unless it's absolutely necessary to cover an injury. Your trades should always be up for a superstar or down for cash never sideways.
