left click on the username of the person you want to send a pm to and select the personal message option

Edit: I can't see that option on your username but it's on the others.
Maybe it's not activated until you've posted a minimum number of posts or been a member for a certain period of time

Hey T.F. been on a plane for 24hours, team in a bit of a mess especially the reserves... anyway keen to join your league against the likes of tippaz, brades, PAFC etc if you have any room, top 2000 last year, looking to go better... email is h_fenner@hotmail.com no worries if i'm to late!

Could be server overload ... know how they feel. Our system has gone nuts today.

Maybe have to just keep trying!!!
