Default Fantasy Footy League - with a twist
Not sure whether anyone on this site has used, or been part of, a QOOTY simulation league, but basically;

You are entered into a league in which you play. This league has added features of salary caps, trading periods, drafting sessions and individual player salaries that can be earnt by yourself and "spent" elsewhere on the site.

It might sound bland, but it is a fairly enjoyable league, plus you meet people you wouldn't usually meet.
