Default Dream Team Participation Upside

Hi Guys

Is it just me ... or does anybody else experience a whole new dimension when you watch the footy?

In the past I've been a dispassionate watcher of games where my team is not playing ... but not now.

Is this the first sign of insanity?

haha. That's the way it's been for me during the last 3 seasons. Unfortunately in Queensland we don't get to see enough games and I work weekends so I can't watch half the games they actually show.

You definitely watch games a lot closer and pay attention to all players (a bit like a talent scout I guess).

Don't worry, you're not going insane. But it is the first sign that you are about to become an official dt addict Congratulations. Join the club

I was watching the Brisbane Lions game on Thursday night. Riscitelli was leading the disposals for the match at one point and Sherman had kicked 3 goals. They are both on my team but I wasn't sure to encourage them or hope for the Sainters lol. I also had Montagna who played another great game. I couldn't help but think about SC/DT. I think I am going DT/SC Mad! LMAO

WELCOME TO THE BIG LEAGUE TF !!

THAT'S HOW WE ALL WATCH FOOTY !!

i have a tendency of barracking against players who pose the most threat.
whenever Judd gets the ball... i'm like - "Oh No, not Judd, everyone's got Judd"

another thing i find amusing, is barracking for certain mishaps/fumbles that lead to an extra stat.
i absolutely love it when one of my players kicks into the man-on-the-mark because it often produces an extra "tackle" or "kick".

when it comes to "club vs dreamteam" i always put my dt players first. Big money is at stake. In reality, Essendon can't win the flag this year. So problem solved! I suppose it would be a different story if i were a West Coast supporter.

Absolutely

If you wanna do well, you really have to know every player.
It's really important to understand everyones position/role in the team, and a rough idea of their statistical output.
Every young player is put under the microscope because the 82k category is crucial to your success.
Yep! In order to buy the best price-movers you need to be a good talent scout!

...and you know when you are addicted when you either hating or loving junk time footy when you have or don't have the players playing kick to kick. I loved the Richmond Adelaide game last year... P.Bowden short to kick to J.Bowden, mark, short kick to P. Bowden, mark. Lets just rack it up.

I also find I'm starting to barrack for players to kick it to your dreamteam player irrespective where they are on the ground ... 40 metres back wards is fine if one of your DT's are on the end of the pass. Or even better ... you hope two of your players on the same side start waxing.

So true ... I must confess I watched yesterdays Sandringham vs Geelong VFL game with interest ... just in case I could find my next quality rookie.

LMAO ... glad I'm not the only one. Junk time is when you pile the stats on.
