Apparently the Lions are refusing to do any deals with Essendon after what happened with Mal Michael.
Don't they realise Sheedy's gone now?

Brennan seems to really want to come to Bombers but with other clubs with earlier picks also interested in him it's probably not gonna happen.

Only chance we have of getting him is if he leaves his PSD nomination til the last day before noms close to get clubs with earlier picks out the way or puts a 600K price tag on his head to put off Richmond and Bulldogs. We would then drop it to 300K over the last 2 years and he would be happy to get the 1.2 million 3 year deal he is wanting.

I dont think he is worth $$$$ a year . Has not had a consistent season yet.
You see a glimmer of what he can do but then he just shuts down.

The Bombers could pick up better but a move to Victoria and a club like the Bombers might do him the world of good.

No and he has not done much with Bribane until late into this season.

Brennan said he is still assessing his options, but his preferred choice in the PSD would be the Bombers. Whether that would scare other clubs off, I'm not to sure. If he badly wants to play for us, he should put a heavy price tag on his head also.

agreed.

i wouldn't be wise for a team like Richmond to pay him big dollars, when he doesn't want to play there.

Rubbish. AFL players are professionals, if Richmond want him, they will take him and he will play there.
