Adelaide have secured Brad Symes and Brad Moran on the final day of AFL trade week.
The Crows gave Port Adelaide draft pick No.28 for Symes, a member of the Power's losing grand final side this year.
And Adelaide handed draft pick No.37 to the Kangaroos in exchange for ruckman-defender Moran.
Adelaide coach Neil Craig said the club was delighted to entice the duo to the Crows.
"We think Symes is a hard-running defender or midfielder with huge upside," Craig said in a statement.
"And Moran is a big, strong young man who can play in the ruck or at either end of the ground."
Symes, 22 was originally claimed by Port from SANFL club Central District with pick 30 at the 2003 national draft after being an All Australian at under-18 level that year.
Moran, 21, moved to the Gold Coast from England when he was 15 and was drafted by the Kangaroos from Southport with pick 58 in the 2004 draft. | __________________ | | | |
