Me for one. He's stuck to his guns and is getting the players playing attacking footy which is how the last 2 flags were won by Geelong and West Coast, and how other successful teams this year are playing like the Dogs and Hawks. He also isn't going to the same tried players, against Hawthorn we had 7 players with less than ten games and another 4-5 with less than 50. Clearly he's developing the list and the gameplan to improve us whereas Sheeds kept going back to what he knew.
