Back flank you try is a very, very good one according to history.

Not only will a top 8 team drop out they will make bottom 4. So every year when you say that everybody says .... NO NO No it wont happen this year. Then it does.

So look at this years droppers you have a choice of Geelong, Port, West Coast, Roos, Collingwood, Sydney, Hawthorn, Adelaide to make the bottom four.

Team to move up the ladder I think I will reserve my judgment till after the draft.

Talk more soon.

Freo bottom 8? People under rate us severly and it bit them in the backside in 2006. We have had many injury concerns this year with key players as well as the trouble with Farmer and Tarrant, but we will be stronger for this next year. The core is the same, whether Bell stays or not could hurt.

Hawks will finish low part of the top 8 again, they are good, but they lack a quality ruckman and the discipline to be a top 4 sides. Many times this year they got the lucky wins like Port to put them up high. They will improve, but they won't be so lucky this year either.

Ok what injuries did you have this year? Freo were supposed to make the Top 4 this year and yet again they dissapoint they finished 11th which is a dismal year so i dont see how putting them in the bottom 8 is underrating.

Tarrant started preseason late after his calf surgery
Hasleby struggled with his back once again
Sandilands carried a hernia from about round 6
Matt Carr had a double hernia
Heath Black had a hernia
Byron Schammer didn't start training till March/April.
Ryan Crowley was in a knee brace till weeks before the start of the season thanks to his Ireland trip
Justin Longmuir was out all year due to his degenerative knee injury.

Freo fans overrated them in 07 and it bit them in the backside.

no one knows what the lader will be because teams pick up new players and teams completely change.. look at port for example, no one predicited them to finish well this year but with some very good draft picks they have found themselves in the granny.. so who knows what 2008 holds...we might even see richmond and carlton up the top...

feel free to post your opinions

haha ive gone crazy with all these un- conservative tips.
But im as certain as i possibly can be this far out from the new season, that the bombers will finish bottom two.

And i reckon the saints will finally have some good luck with injuries, and stability, and will win the premiership.

Saints the most likely for mine to crack the top 4 - although will have to see how big a loss the G-train is. Adelaide look the weakest of this years final 8 but will be interesting to see how other clubs handle / react to any potential off-field turmoil.
