Default Who will be Essendon's next coach ??

I personally think Damien Hardwick might get the Essendon job.
Mark Thompson is the wildcard though, if he wants to badly come back to Essendon, he is a real threat. What's your thoughts ??...

well that just proves the sacking of Sheedy was wrong.

our stupid board said they wanted to "join the queue" and "get in the race" for a new coach. then we end up giving the top job to our reserves coach. what a stuff up.

wooden spoon 2008 - here we come.

Don't jump off the bandwagon to quickly there Tippaz. If we can get Judd, that releases Stanton and Lovett and those types of guys. If our midfielders can win plenty of the ball, we have every chance of kicking high scores with Lloyd, Lucas, Davey and Lovett.

From a Melbourne perspctive I think this is out of left field.
I was devestated when Daniher was sacked by Melbourne and believed he would be going to Essendon - made for the psoition to take over from big Kev.
But in the end we went with Dean Bailey who was untried at AFL level, so I wouldn't be jumping off Essendon just yet.
Wonder what C Judd thinks of this and if he had been told when he 'interviewed' Essendon?????

How long is his contract for ?.I mean give him a chance because thats the coach you have got and now you all should move on. Get behind Nights and dont listen to other opinions on his coaching until you witness it first hand.If your club gets Judd then next year looks great IMO.
