Default Should Chris Judd Be Giving The Captaincy At Carlton ?

Alright he was a good captain at the eagles but he just came to the blues and i think someone there should of got the captaincy e.g N.Stevens and co

Despite the vast majority thinking the contrary i personally like the decision. Carlton clearly have a lack of leaders at their club right now. Stevens perhaps isn't the best option coming back from a serious injuy, he'll be looking to get his form and fitness up first and foremost. Fev has disciplinary issues and is just generally a bit of a d*ck so they were never going to pick him.

I think Judd has the right attributes. He clearly wanted the captaincy, he leads by example and has captained before.

Judd is the modern day equivelant to when Barassi left Melbourne for Carlton. As a norm smith, brownlow medalist, premiership captain, the Carlton playing group need him to be captain and lead the side on the footy field, and on the training track. There is no-one else on that playing list that comes close to setting the standard he does in these areas.

Yip he sure does look like the best choice we got. We've got a young list that's for sure that was never allowed to shine under Pagan. I agree with Borak
