Sam Mitchell is not AA this year. Started well, but has been below his best for a while.
I's also be making Ablett captain

pretty good choices mate. I am not sure Didak warrants selection based on performances this year. Maybe swap him with Roughead And I would swap Darren Jolly for Drew Petrie on the bench. Petrie has been outstanding for the roo's, he can play back up ruckman or go back or forward. Very agile for a big man too. And Bryce Gibbs to replace Mitchell on bench too.

David Hille is a bit unlucky to miss out there.
If he can keep his form going he'd almost be a definite

He's been the best ruck this year by a mile

i had a go at this a couple of weeks ago, and came up with this:

B - Johncock, Scarlett, C.Bolton
HB - Enright, Bock, H.Shaw
C - (Kirk), Black, Harvey
HF - Richardson, Franklin, Akermanis
F - Medhurst, Fevola, Pavlich
R - Cox, Cooney, Ablett
(didn't do a bench. i picked Kirk as the no.1 tagger)
i reckon there'd be about 5 changes already
- Johncock dropped ???????????? now i'm thinking Pratt
- H.Shaw on the decline
- i'm warming to Harley over C.Bolton
- Riewoldt coming into contention
- Bartel coming into contention
- Hille would be my 2nd ruck on the bench
- NGBrown, O'Keefe, Porplyzia, Didak, R.Murphy, Giansiracusa, S.Johnson, etc all vying for extra small fwd spot

just to early to lock anything in.

Mate I believe our most deserving defender even though he wont get in is spud firrito. He plays undersize for a full back yet very rarely has big bags kicked on him. I think Pratt has his moments but he lacks a bit of discipline.
