Default Big Bad Barry

His true calling maybe.
How would he go against someone who is expecting a punch though?

I would say he would do okay as he has got the right build for it.
I would think even though this could never happen.
If he had a box on with Renne Knik or however you spell his name.
Barry would come out on top.

Barry Hall is firstly a gentle nature, and a nice bloke, he is no fighter, he hasnt got the build, body flexibility, or hand speed to box, and doesnt have the mongrel in him either.

Barry has lost his temper and thumped a few footy players but its a huge difference to facing someone your own size who is fast, strong, experienced and aggressive.

Against a real fighter of quality he would stand no chance.

Even in the AFL there are blokes who would beat big bad Barry in a ring.

If he fights its just a money making promo, I would have thought Barry would have more sense than to go get knocked about for a few bucks.

Let him fight the 50th ranked world heavweight, he will last 1 round.

Dont do it Barry

Don I do believe some of what you said but if you are trying to convince the rest that he's a nice bloke that wouldn't pull a weed out of the lawn. You have to be kidding.
He is a thung, he will never lose that, as long as he play and it will follow him everywere.
He could be a good bloke but he just doesn't know how to hold back.
He's a thug and that all there is to it.

His first fight would give him the biggest check as we have high expectations that will certainly be dashed after it.
I think he has lost alot of his football prowess and needs to consider a new career after next season!

When he is out of football I will have a party.
Never liked this man even while he played at the Saints.
Won't miss him when he is gone.

Now that is really interesting.
Could Danny be his trainer.
The plot thicknens.
Better he do it now and better for footy to that he gets out of it.
But that's just me thinking aloud.
I think Barry is better suited to be a boxer as he is hiding so much aggression.

I think Barry would go generally well.
I've heard of his sparring sessions and heard he goes very well against am boxers'.

Though would like him to stay in the AFL, Maybe have a promo event within the AFL.. AFL Boxer's night..
