Gary jr - gotta be

Bartel is not a renowned votegetter.
I think Gary will steal all the Geelong votes because he just stands out with his flair and goal-sense. When he gets 20 possessions, 1-2 goals, he gets 3 votes.

1) Ablett
2) Cornes
3) McLeod (a roughy) poles very well and is only player who stands out for the crows

Hey Brades, we agree! Bartel is my tip too, I reckon Brad Johnson and McLeod will poll very well as roughies as well.

I agree. Even though I think Bartel has been the better of the two this year.
Robert Harvey would have to be my roughy at this stage. He's had a great year and is a proven vote getter

Bartel is my tip cause after 6 rounds he was still 13-1 so I put a tenner on him

I'll throw a roughy in....Hird. In the games Essendon have won, Hird has been a standout with Lucas, however CHF typically don't get the votes. Bartel, Ablett, Judd will all be up there, but I think there are too many other players to steal votes ala Chapman, Johnson, Corey, Priddis, Cox, Kerr etc. The top teams are so consistent, because they have an abundance of quality midfielders. Essendon really relies on 2 or 3 key people to have standout games for them to win, a bit like sydney with Adam Goodes and Barry Hall.

Collingwood may also have a few standout chances, as for the life of me I don't know how they win games. Swan, H.Shaw must surely be swimming in the votes.

I like Pavlich and BJ
Ablett jr and Bartel will be right there too (take votes off each other maybe?)
I think the way chad comunicates with umpires might hurt his chances ;-)

I think he's a huge roughy. Goodwin has better odds and he has missed 2 games and only played 10 minutes in 2 others. Mcleod could have only polled in 3 games so far, not often 9 votes will win it. He has to get a huge move on to be a chance.
