Default Brownlow Medal Predictions
Time to re-think after round 12.

At the start of the season I had Cooney...

These are my current predictions -

1. Jimmy Bartel (outstanding season, hasn't played a bad game or missed one)
2. Brad Johnson
3. Chris Judd

After that it will be Gary Jr, Andrew McLeod and Chad Cornes in some order.

Judd aparently is going to miss the next 4 weeks with osteitis pubis, so this will hamper his chances. Don't think Mcleod has strung enough good games yet but can come back with a flourish. Bartel and Ablett must be up there but knowing this award is an umpires award they probably haven't got a vote.
As much as I hate to say it I think Chad Cornes is the best of the bets:

What? Anyway i think if Judd can get over this groin injury quickly and plays well he could give Bartel a run for his money.

Can't remember Chads history of brownlow votes, but he's not a favourite of the umpires.
