Absolutely call, no doubt about it call. Players have 90% of the power now, just some clubs and supporters haven't woken up to that yet. Players play for two reasons and try to endeavour to get to a club that can fulfil both their reasons.

However, that is somewhat tempered initially by the Draft system ... in an effort to keep the competition "relatively" cyclic.

Yep, no doubt about it. I also think it's the right way to go in terms of evolving the game, too. You see free agency in sport over in America, and it seems to work fairly well. I think the general public are too concerned over loyalty to a club, and IMO, loyalty isn't really a trait of the modern day player. The game needs to evolve and hopefully people realize it.

More players than not get to the club of their choice today.
Introducing Free Agency will only benefit the wealthy clubs.

Yes & No. You just have to be really smart with your pre-drafting questions during physic interviews and then hope your draftees answers holds true.
