Help & Advice On My Last Trades in S.C.

Okay guy's need your help & advice on my last trades. 3 Trades & $49,500 left.
Here is my team:

Back: A.McPhee,McPharlin,J.Brennan,Kozi,Raines,J.W.Smith & Croad (B.Waters & M.Tyler)
Centre:P.Burgoyne,Malsecki,S.Black,D.Kerr,Mitchell & Rodan (D.Pearce & L.Thomas)
Ruck: P.Everitt & B.Lade (Griffen & Warnock)
Forward: C.Cornes,J.Brown,N.Reiwoldt,Fev,Franklin,Thomas & Gehrig (Westhoff & R.Gray)

My thoughts were: Trade Pearce for any $83,400 player. Then trade Rodan for Bartell.
That would leave me with $209,900 for my last trade Next week.
Which I thought could be Trade Croad for Ad**** or J.Bowden

What do you think of the above or do you have any other options for me.
All of this is barring any injuries of course.

Playing for private league glory & now in a sudden death playoff as I lost my first final.
Even though this team looks weak on paper they can score reasonably high at times (Last 5 weeks - 2075,2415,2601,2148,2558.)
Not too bad for a first year hack

Pearce is just getting into some good form. Wouldn't trade him now. Weakest links in that team atm are Gehrig and Croad. The Hoff could do a better job than Fraser atm.

I have to agree with PAFC Gehrig is a feast or famine fantasy player and as he had a massive game this week he is VERY likely to bomb next week especially against WC. So I would make these moves Gehrig for Reimers (Ess) leaving around 308 000. Then trade Rodan (441 000) for Bartel (541 900) which leaves 207100 to trade Croad (349 600) for either Josh Drummond (if fit) or Milburn.
