I've stacked my forward line and my bench will basically be fully of first and second year players.

Not a bad looking side. Would be careful how many youngster's you start with Selwood, Houli and Jetta I think your on to big a risk and would probably just start 1 and get the other 2 on the bench.

I wouldn't have both Riewoldt and Brown from the start although they are proven big scorers they are top heavy priced and are likely to come down to giving you the opportunity to upgrade. I would trade 1 of them for someone around $400,000 then use the extra cash to upgrade 2 off your bench to move Jetta/Houli/Selwood onto the pine.

Also think Hampson is a more likely prospect than Graham to get early game time. Simmonds and Pattison are probably ahead of Graham atm whereas Hampson is currently #1 at Carlton.

Good first effort TF. Agree on the stacking of the forward line - I also struggled to find good value options there (though I didn't stack it as much as you).

Selections I'd query:
Bradshaw (fitness - hasn't played pre-season games), Dawson (don't reckon he'll get much of a go at the Hawks and isn't really a fantasy player), Graham/Tippett (I think there are better emergency options available i.e. Hampson, Leuenberger, Gardiner, Kreuzer).

Aaron Sandilands is not suited to Champion Data.

when he spikes the ball 40m and lands in the hands of opposition it goes down as a "hitout to disadvantage", which is absurd IMO.

Glad to see you've now got big Cox in your side. Would advise you to pay attention to news at the Carlton site up to round 1 regarding Stevens. Rumour has it he's done his neck again and it's very serious. They are currently downplaying it but I feel he is an unlikely starter and may not get up before mid season.
