To many Key defenders, guys like Ryder and Glass may be good players but won't score you fantasy points. Got one 2 many elite mids i'd downgrade Mitchell or Power to someone around 400K. Ablett is a middle of the road player and will not improve any for you trade him for a young up and comer like Armitage who will improve both his scoring average and his price. Basically your rucks suck i'd keep Kreuzer on the bench and change the other 3. Waite and Roughie should be bought as backs not forwards.

Thanks for the feedback, I've done a bit of overhauling.

I got rid of Ryder, Glass, and Ablett as you suggested; and I downgraded Power. Actually, I sort of changed my strategy: pick two reliables for back, mid, and forward, then look for value; so the whole team changed a bit. I also got into the Cox bandwagon.

I got $70,600 left to play with. Not yet sure about Thursfield, Myers, and Leuenberger. I picked Miller mainly for value, hoping that he'll dramatically improve this year. I retained Roughead up forward, as he's likely to play there most times this year anyway.

Any other feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Alot better looking squad. Merrett is another one of those key backs that wont improve scorewise. Also Brad Miller has been a DTers nightmare for years now as each year he has been tipped to improve dramatically only to falter to his usual sub standard performances.

Thanks, I'll think about Merrett and Miller. I'm also not sure about Tredrea, I'm thinking maybe Gray is a more worthwhile risk to take. Any thoughts on Thursfield and Myers?

Reasonably happy with my team now. Got rid of Merrett, Miller, Tredrea, Thursfield, and Myers. Not going to post final team composition as I just joined oak's league.

Question, though: what do you guys think of Andrew Walker (mid/def)? Is he worth the money?

Try to get nicoski in, he is only 236.000 great value i reckon, and hees looking really fit, gonna have a good run through the midfield i think this year

Thanks, will consider him. What do you think of Roughead and LeCras's prospects this year?
