Player value divided by 5100 = expected player average.
In this case i will use 2 examples that you have post
Chris Judd, Josh Hill.
Chris Judd opening price = 570,800 this divided by 5100 = 111.92 (proposed averaged score to hold his value).
Now after 3 games Judd has totalled 324 pts at an av. of 108. He has not reached his total proposed therefore he has gone down in value 5,800.
Im not clear on how they wrk out the price drop and increase but im pretty sure, for e.g. if Judd had of got 108 108 108 in his first 3 games instead of 100 70 then 150 (approx) then he would have gone down a little more.
But because of his 150 score he holds his value a bit more. (since this score will part of his 3 game average for the next 2 weeks). So they reward form as well.
Now Josh Hill began at 101,900 this divided by 5100 = 19.98. (Proposd average to hold his value. Rookies are always around about the same price and go up dramatically if they perform heres why (i think))
Like judd Hill averaged 108 in 3 games, but because he has smashed his proposed average he rises 100000 odd.
If your wondering why he is not the same price as Judd now, thats because they rise and fall in accordance to there price, Hills jump in price is on of the biggest ive seen.
i.e. Judd is 570000 for a reason and hill is 101000 for a reason, it would seem silly to just have these 2 the same price all the sudden and you could straight up get judd for hill, but if they continued along the same path for about 10 weeks then they would probably be the same price cos there form suggests so.
To help a little more if a player also averages 108 for the first 3 games, but began at 400000, then he would probably go up in value approx 45000.
This post is a little all over the place, but all in all, players go up in accordance to there value, since hill was 5 times better than his proposed expected average he will go up a whopping 100000+, where as a player worth 400000 averaging 108 is only 1.5 times better than his proposed average therefore he doesnt go up 100000+ but maybe only 35-40000.
If hill is to have another game around the 105 mark, he will probably go up 65000 and then 45000 and smaller and smaller increases will occour until he hits his designated price.
Wow i wrote alot of s#&t here. i hope it helps. The funny thing is im not even 100% sure, but through a bit of reserch this is the only formula i could come up with
