Default Mark Seaby

Been thinking about him for a while now. Averaged 61.9 and 63 in DT and SC respectively last year, has great potential however with a rise to 84 without Cox. Could be good cover for when Cox is rested. And is durable playing every game for the last 2 years atleast. Is low 60s high enough average for a 2nd ruck?

I can't imagine the Eagles resting Cox, unless he's injured. Last year, I had Cox, Hudson and Koschitzke all year and Hudson average high 60s, and Kosi mid 70s, which was really good value for both of them since they'd missed the year before. In my opinion the player like that this year is Troy Simmonds, I'd expect him to average as high as Seaby, and he's starts 20k cheaper. Dean Brogan for about the same price as Seaby might also step up this year if Lade goes down or begins to fade (turns 32 this year).

Thanx for your input.

P.S. Cox will be rested this year, doesn't phase me as he will still score most overall however Woosha has said his guns will be rested throughout the year after so many were burnt in the finals last year, including Cox, Hansen, Kerr and Glass.

The Seaby/Cox starter combo had a great first week with scores in DT of 77/121 giving 198 for your rucks and in SC 104/166 with a massive 270 for your ruck combo. Will be interesting to see if he can keep it up. I went with Cox/H-Mac DT and Cox/Fraser SC. Cox Fraser got me 256 and H-Mac yet to play.
