Default Will Jacobs score consistantly this year?

Danny Jacobs scored 150 this round (R1 2007) which is a PB for him,
most of which came from Kicks and Marks

2006 average was 72 from 9 games
2005 average was 67 from 15 games

He has scored 100+ on 7 occasions

Is he set to score consistant 100+ (midfield like) scores this year?
And is he going to play more games this year?

If he does I'll be spewing because he won't be in my team under ANY circumstances.
Follows 100+ with 60- and misses way too many games.

I'd live a much happier life watching him score 100+ every week while not in my team than worrying about what he'd do every week if he was in my team

Not in a million years

His main position is 'tall backpocket'. He is one of the best "zone-off" players in the business. His main strength is that he will collect a heap of unconstested marks. Hawthorn like to get their players back in numbers. This will help free up Jacobs. He often ventures out to the wings. Jacobs is just like Sam Fisher and Nathan Bassett. Basically, the new prince of 'uncontested marks'. Should average just under 75-80pts this year.

I would never recommend Jacobs to anyone because his body just doesn't hold up anymore. That's his downfall. Don't get conned by his boom score. He did exactly the same thing in rd1 last year!! Grant Birchall is a much better Hawthorn buy.
