Default J. Brennan - Can he maintain his current form?

Is he really that good ??
Can he maintain his current DT form for the rest of the season ??
(Say) if any forward is going down with injury, would LM move him to forward ?? or even midfield ?? and if thats the case, can he maintain his form without all the cheap kicks and marks that hes been getting so far ??

Coz im really thinking about trading chad cornes or corey jones for him and free up some money to upgrade t.cloke...

most likely - no

centre-half-back isn't the best place to get high scores.
they tend to get bogged down by key defensive roles.
it's very hard to maintain good stats.
and he hasn't exactly played on a Pavlich or Hall yet.
(he has the advantage of NOT having to oppose J.Brown though)

for his price, he is still worth considering.

I think he will improve this yea. The team layout is starting to gel and that players won't be moving around positions as last year, all because of injuries and testing out the youngers.

Keep watching him over the next four weeks to see how he fares.

Maybe for a short term player he is good but I don't think he can keep up this form IMO!

he will rack up the kinda stats j bowden did last year IMO so get on him, plays free in defence a bit, will always be a bit of a ball magnet and starting to use ball well. If you are gonna get on him do it this week as his price is about to soar after two stellar weeks.

i will admit i had brennan for quite a while in my team last year and every now and then he popped up with a 100+ point game. maybe he's starting to get consistent and showing the promise he's always had?

i think hes the kinda player you could win big on or lose big on. 50/50 whether you should get him

Hard to say isn't it? I'm not convinced on him yet but he does appear to be good value. If you're not sure why not leave it as it is and look at Kosi, McPharlin, Bock, Betts, Franklin, N.Ablett, B.Fisher, D.Thomas as alternatives to Cloke

Ok ill be fair

This will be Brennans best year no doubt, but he cannot hold this form for 22 rounds like a judd, k cornes or heath shaw

everyone has said it and its tru, brennan could be one of the best players, but he is just not disciplined
