Kerr suspended again now what...Bartel who is set to drop??

I was annoyed to see Daniel Kerr suspended again as I have to win this week in Supercoach to be a reasonable chance to make the top 8 in our competition. My midfield is now without Kerr, Pearce and Gibbs will both be tested to see if they play so I have to make a move. My midfield without these players would read

Judd Goodes S Burgoyne N Lappin M Clarke and hopefully one of Pearce or Gibbs.

So Bartel for Pearce is the obvious move BUT Bartel by my maths would have to score over 200 to break even this week. So he has to go down more in prive after this round. However I have to make a move and I have 325900 in the cap so can trade either Gibbs or Pearce. Pearce makes more sense as when Kerr comes back he will just sit on the bench. But it weakens me this week as Gibbs would be a starter.

Any thoughts??

i'm recommending you buy Simon Black who has amazingly fallen to 452k. you'll get better bang for your buck with him.

Yes, correct. Bartel is set to dramatically fall. You can make a move on him in the coming weeks.

So I have 6 trades left and 312 200 in the bank. I am sitting 9th out of the 8 by less than 1%. I have to win prob 3 out of 4 to make the 8. Who do you think I should trade for Black this week as there Pearce Gibbs and Judd are under some doubt and Kerr is out. And then who do I trade for Bartel as most of my midfielders when fit are averaging over or close to 100 so I prob only need to move one. Is Bartel worth the extra cash over Black even though Bartel will prob be worth 530 000 or less next week but I need a midfielder this week if Pearce and Gibbs are out. The other option is to trade in J Drummond C Cornes or McCleod into the back line for A Raines or C Cornes as a forward for Franklin

With Bartel set to fall i'm thinking of trading Stenglein for him the next few weeks , but unfortunately i've only the 1 trade
