nah i dont know alot about that portugese guy, im finding it hard to keep up with it all ...but if hes anything like ol christiano ronaldo youll be set!

Since jose started at chels we have been inundated with portugese, carvalho,tiago,ferreria,maniche,ect...i rate carvalho but the others were all fairly soft i thought, they dont mind a dive!

I reckon robben hates a tackle more than anyone in the league, jol said in an interview he thinks robben is the most skillfull player in england, its a big rap.

malbranque was always a massive scorer for fulham in dreamteam, maybe the french style isnt jols cup of tea, who knows! I see the aussie team is slowly going to a dutch style of play, which is great to watch, it suits us perfectly...better than that bash and crash we used to play. The word on the vine was niell to barca?...the assiasnt coach to hiddink at the WC is at barca and he rates him highly...i cant see that happening myself

i havent caught up with carrick either, i was a huge fan when he was at the hammers, then when he went to spurs i recall he and davids were always after the same balls, playing the same possie almost......carrick distributes the ball so well, id love to have him!

they have moved the chels v man-u match in the league to the second last game.....it should be good, if theres 3 points in it by then....cant wait!..i wanna see fergies chewing gum face crushed when they go down.

i have had arteta in my dreamteam all year, he has been the bargain of all bargins.

if all things fall into place like they could chelsea could play man u about 6 times in the next month or so......in the league, possible fa cup and possible champions league ties, it would be great to see how fergie and mourinho go about it.
i've got him too. in fact, EVERYONE'S got him

how are going in that? i'm currently ranked 20,160th. this is my first season at this version.
this is my sqaud: (just switched to a 3-5-2)

Howard
Taylor (portsmouth)
Lescott
Distin
Ronaldo(c)
Lampard
Fabregas
Arteta
Sidwell
Martins
Berbatov

Kenny
Folan
Geary
Mariappa

*did you know you can make a defence consisting of Taylor/Taylor/Taylor/Taylor/Taylor

Hey all, didn't even notice this thread

I'm a huge EPL fan, normally watch 5 games a week plus see highlights and goals that i missed. Been a Man United fan my whole life and loved the legends at the club such as Giggs and Scholes.

Also a huge Socceroo fan, know every player and follow them domestically as much as possible. Harry Kewell is my favourite player but love all of them. I've seen every Socceroo game in the last 5 or so years and out of those only about 3 i haven't see live.

I play Yahoo Fantasy Football and finished 13th out of about 275,000 last season. This season i had studies and commitments which meant not taking it seriously for a few months, therefore leaving me nowhere near where i would like to be. Currently top 500 though and have been going up every week since i got back into it.

P.S - England have been woeful lately, wow would i love the Socceroos to have a friendly with them at the moment. Clearly changes need to be made. Gerrard can not play on the right, Lennon can not play on the left and Phil Neville should not be in the team full stop. Matty Taylor for England !!! - Anyway won't get into that now

The biggest problem with england is their fans and media!..it must stifle the poor players, they get booed and stuff after 20 mins of no score against andorra...20 mins! Give the boys a chance. They have been ordinary tho
Joe Cole would help holding up the left side or possibly the head of a midfield diamond. I always liked terry and king in central defence....not a fan or ferdinand or campbell at all.

My dream team atm is

hahneman
ingimarsson campbell lescott
lampard arteta gerrard ronaldo (c)
drogba agbonlahor rooney

crossley johnson fortune sommiel

its too easy to overuse your trades, i wish there was more penalty then there is! Ronaldos been on FIRE! best captain ever

im going pretty poorly right now, i went travelling to central america half way thru the season and missed a whole heap of games, cant really recover.

We should make a league next season!

Leeds has the old Chelsea owner ken bates yer? i like him, dosent mince his words,it would be good to see them back in the top flight.
I see also melbourne victory has just signed former chelsea midfielder keenan, but lost sarkies to adelaide...sarkies looks the goods to me.

Cool to see some more round ball fans......if you guys have anything to vent about the game vent it here, i love the chatter!

you should become a member of FISO.

the address is ww.fantasyfootballuk.co.uk

it's just like the old talkingfootball design. the dreamteam section is unbelievable. they are a bunch of geniuses. they have all the information you'll ever need on any player. as well as tactics (for the famous double-game weeks), captaincy choices (selected by a poll). in fact, they set up a huge league of Elite players. it's currently ranked the no.1 league! this is my first season in it, and i'm doing okay. had a huge March - absolutely stormed up the rankings. can't wait for next season.

Should be interesting to see how it all pans out between Man U and Chelsea. When is the game between those two?

...and can someone teach Robbo how to save those long shots. I've lost count of how many he's missed this year. I don't think either team played anywhere near their best on Saturday (well Chelsea definitely didn't).

Good to see the scum go down to the Hammers at Emirates! I wonder if we're any chance at catching them up...
