I follow Everton. Go the Toffees. I doubt Chelsea will catch Man U and none of them will win the treble.

i dont mind everton, and T cahill! i was watching them last week when andy johnson scored in the 90th minute to beat the ****nal scum!, i was wrapped.

i have had arteta in my dreamteam all year, he has been the bargain of all bargins.

if all things fall into place like they could chelsea could play man u about 6 times in the next month or so......in the league, possible fa cup and possible champions league ties, it would be great to see how fergie and mourinho go about it.

Ahh that was good.

I don't have a dreamteam, should have done that.

English soccer is the only soccer I watch. I'm a big Spurs fan and just as big an ****nal hater (followed spurs since I was 7 - used to live in London). I wish FOXTEL would show more of spurs and less of the scum...

I don't reckon Chelsea will catch Man U, and doubt either will win the treble this year. What's happening with Lucas Neill ATM? Whenever I check the news he's always injured...looks like he'll be going elsewhere with the Hammers getting relegated.

i LOVE how the mear mention of the ****nal scums name gets bleeped out like its a swear word...only fitting.

The spurs played a cracking fa cup tie v chelsea, they were up 3-1, then let it slip to 3-3, then at the reply ended up losing 2-1 when they had all the play!, it took a cracker from shevchenko...haha then a spurs fan came onto the pitch and tried to belt lampard..all class in the north

you have to think niell planned to go to the hammers....get the massave pay rise but have a relegation release clause in the contract..then at the end of the season move along to a better club. your right tho, he seems to be injured alot right now.

i reckon the spurs are on the brink of big things, they have a good squad and a great manager...just have to get the winning culture back (footy cliche).

Yeah, I love that too!

That Chelsea game (@ Stamford Bridge) was very devastating, but I sort of expected it to happen though (Chelsea coming back). TBH I don't care too much about the FA Cup (it would be nice if we did well), but I'd much rather Spurs do well in the League and UEFA cup than win the FA Cup.

Where do you reckon Neill will go? Before he was transfered to WH he was heavily linked with Liverpool, but did they even end up making him an offer? I also heard some rumours he was coming to Spurs.

Spurs are definitely on the brink of big things. Although their performance in the league hasn't been as good as last season, you have to take into account all the injuries we've had this season particularly Ledley King, our stalwart in defence and one of the main reasons Spurs did so well last season (some reckon Ledley may never play again, I hope that's not true) - Spurs defence has been very ordinary this year, lots of errors... But, the good news is Spurs are working they're way back up to at least secure a UEFA qualification through the league and also in the UEFA cup quarter finals. Not a bad effort from a young team that still has plenty of improvement left in them. Hopefully the core group can stick together and make some history in the near future.

BTW Donz, who do you go for?

I go for chelsea mate *cringe* as much as it hurts to say it now. Back in the mid ninties we had an english backpacker move in next to us here in melbourne and he was chelsea mad. He got me right into it, anyhow he ended up getting deported...the final straw was running onto the mcg during the cricket, when he went back to London he ended up on big brother and got a bit of fame, ended up being a guest commentator guy on the chelsea website and chelsea tv. So i was supporting this team, that were kind of like tottenham i spose, you know there abouts around christmas time, but as the games went by, would end up 4-5 or 6th, good to watch tho!, zola, poyet,wise..then ranieri took over and started buying, but thats ok, he was likeable, then when the russian thing happened i knew it was going to end badly, having to support something that i know isnt really fair..just buying the title.

But ya cant change your team!, its like changing your blood type, once its in there its there for ever

I lived just around the corner from highbury hence my hatred for ****nal, not to mention the fact we couldnt beat them for 4 years.

I like ledley king, he and john terry could have been a ripping def combo for england for years..forget campbell and ferdinand..overrated! I also reckon robben will play for spurs in the near future..hes a bit wingy and dosent always get the game time, plus jol loves him being dutch, and spurs have the money and ambition to buy him. Do you miss carrick?...he quality.

As lucas niell (sp?) said hes been a liverpool fan for ever, but they didnt actually show him they wanted him, he felt the hammers wanted him more. Do you actually think hes as good as he thinks he is? Its always heart in mouth stuff when hes on the bull..gets alot of cards and send offs, i dont reckon hes solid enuff for liverpool. Played well at the world cup of course!

Mate its good to have someone ppl to talk this footy with! after being there and having it shoved in your face 24/7 , then comming home and having zero, i kind of have withdrawals here

Yeh, I remember the days when Chelsea had Zola, Viali, Wise and co. Those were tough days being a spurs fan with ****nal dominating like they were. Even though I'm supposed to hate Chelsea being a spurs fan, I've have never really felt the same way towards them asI do towards the Gooners and ManU, even after they bought themselves a premiership, can't put a finger on it... Nothing wrong with being a Chelsea supporter if you aren't a bandwagoner, like you said you can't change who you support... Anyway, at least you don't have to go through the frustration Spurs fans endure!

Interesting that you reckon Robben will play for Spurs. We do need a LW at spurs (we supposedly got Malbranque to play LW, but he doesn't appear to be...?) and he's one of the best, but I don't know if I'd want him at Spurs (we already have Zokora who dives, wouldn't be good for our teams rep!)

I heard recently Spurs are chasing Nani (young winger from Sporting Lisbon). Do you know much about him?

I do miss Carrick, but him leaving was inevitable (he wanted to go) and Spurs did get some decent cash out of it... We've made some good additions to the team with Berbatov (has to be one of the best strikers going around ATM on form - so good to watch), Zokora (playing a "Carrick" type role - not as well as Carrick did but I reckon he'll develop to be a much better player than Carrick - probably a bit biased here) and Malbranque. Do you know how Carrick is going at ManU? Haven't really followed much of him this week.

Neill had a great WC, no doubt, but I've never really been that convinced with his EPL form. I think Liverpool know better than to go for him (he will probably want rediculous wages too).
