Hi all, have been reading this forum and enjoying the banter - A crowboy who lives in Victoria - Love my footy go almost every week, was at the Geelong Collingwood Prelim, the atmosphere was intense and blew the actual grand final away as a spectacle. Looking foward to seeing my team playing next season and maybe winning a few close ones

Welcome to the site.

Going by previous years, there usually is a good amount of chat going on in the early stages of the off-season particularly with the trade week and the national draft all about to happen, but after it's all over it tends to get a bit quiet over the Christmas break and January, until pre-season starts up again in late February.

Yep, spot on. When it gets quiet people start threads which really have nothing to do with anything and then the trouble starts (or used to), but TF runs a pretty tight ship here so no worries about that anymore.
