Default Nathan Foley and Chris Newman

It was pleasing to see that both Nathan Foley and Chris Newman have both been elevated to the capacity of Joint Vice Captains of the Richmond Football Club for the 2008 AFL Football season.

This officially recognises the youth path that Richmond has been going down now for the past 3 seasons.

Chris Newman is being widely touted as the next Richmond Captain and deservedly so.

Yeah, good choice of Vice-Captains by Richmond as Nathan Foley looks a future Captain. I also think that Nathan Foley could be a smokey for this years Brownlow Medal. Foley is currently paying odds of $201.00 for the Brownlow, so a $50.00 investment would return $10,000.00. I expect Richmond to win a lot more games this year and Foley is the standut player in the Richmond midfield so he should get a heap of votes. The 200/1 on offer does look great value.
