Default Tivendale & Pettifer ... Its OVER!!!!

The careers of Richmond veterans Greg Tivendale and Kayne Pettifer could be over after they were axed for Sunday's crunch game against bottom-placed Melbourne at Telstra Dome.

Richmond coach Terry Wallace - under increasing pressure to improve the side in now his fourth year in charge - admitted during the week the Tigers' recent slump appeared to coincide with the return of veterans Tivendale, Pettifer and Joel Bowden to the side.

Just cant see either of these players being of any value to any other club, specially with the Wallace comments throw in to haunt them. I know a certain Richmond supporter that thinks they will get a first round draft pick for Pettifer next year ... LMAO. Just read your own coaches comments!

Pettifer has been assured he is a key component of the Richmond line-up after a not so great season

I would prefer the Tigers moved on.

Tivendale has been retitered and he won the best and Fairest at Coburg.
But Pettifer has been given another chance. So if he gets more injuries next year or is out of form he will without a doubt be out.
