3/ Upload ... remember there is a size restriction to avoid bloated images.

TF, we go to the "Edit Avatar" screen in User CP and it has the "Your Current Avatar" and the only things you can do is Save the settings or reset it. There is no upload button or anything.

Do you see the ... "Custom Avatar" section below.

make sure button appears on ... "Use Custom Avatar"

You can either use

Option 1/ Enter Url ... etc

or

Option 2/ Upload Image From Your Computer ...

Then hit save change ...

See the Your Current avatar bit.. Thats all I see, with the radio button for "Do Not use an avatar" selected. The rest of it I do not see.
