It keeps telling me I dont have permission to view another members profile! Is this a glitch or a privacy setting you have?

Please outline the steps you are taking.

I click on the members name select view public profile from the list then a new page loads with the following message:

ALI-G, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Same here, I thought it was just privacy issues so I didn't mention anything.
