Hello Everyone,

Firstly, let me state my slant on discussions that have been taking place in a previous thread.

My slant on this will be biased as (perhaps you were unaware) I am the other 50% owner of TF.

Now, I wanted to declare that what has been taking place in the previous thread seems very petty indeed - by all.

Firstly let me point out that any decisions made by TF or myself are made in the best interests of the current and future members of this site. The idea behind upgrading our site to v-bulletin was a no brainer and whilst we are just moving out of our beta test we will still have a great deal of improvement to go in our quest in being the highest quality footy forum on the net.

Now, whether this is with or without some of our past members then this is a choice that we all have to make, however, let me point out to all that use this site - this will be done without posting insulting comments to any member. Now I have read some of the members comments over the past 6 weeks that we have been back live and some (small minority) are pushing ther boundary whilst most are (99.5%) are great comment and appreciated.

Let me also state that perhaps we may be a little quick with the trigger and perhaps some decisions have been made with a little baggage from the past. I can and will not apologise for this, but let me say that if those members do not abide by the rules we would prefer them to move to another site!

This forum is also not a school yard and we do not want to have to ride shotgun over any of our members, but sometime this must happen.

Due to the nature of the internet, people become very brave when they know there are no ramifications for breaking the rules.

My suggestion is that we all take a breather - go and have a coffee and come back and agree to work with making this site the best site around with topical, sensible conversation.

That is what we all want right???

If that is so, and the committment is made by all to achieve this then I see no reason why we can not re-open the doors that have been closed.

I want to hear your comments - in a positive nature about this.

Please no more he said she said - I have had enough of this.

If I get positive feedback then the doors will re-open if I get too much **** from individuals then the doors remain shut to those and we are happy to move on.

Enough of the dummy spitting - let's move our site forward.

I told TF what he wanted to know, you both obviously think I am still hiding something which is down right insulting. You say you dont want people posting insulting comments? Well I dont want people emailing me accusing me of things I never did.. Capiche? Now, clearly I have proven that I am 100% innocent and you have yet to provide ANY CLEAR PROOF that I am even 1% guilty... So why go with Guilty before innocent?

Also - Positive? How can I turn a "Why the hell am i locked out for no reason" post into a positive one? Thats not possible.

Thank you very much. I want to apologise for the harsh tone above, but I felt it was needed after the way I was treated.

I would also like to apologise for anything that I have said in the past that has offended absolutely anyone on this site, I will not be doing it again.. I learnt that along time ago, while the site was offline for the 5 months.

I would also like to Apologise to TF for what was said in Emails etc, I was trying vigorously to clear my name and I am also sorry if I offended you.

Finally I would just like to say that under no circumstances in the past have I ever tried to destory the site, before and after I was a moderator. Anything that TF attempted to accuse me of in the previous thread is completely untrue and I have explained that before.

There is a lot to talk about and I am sure that Tf and I will communicate this to all our members in due course, but this is your site as much as it is ours and to this end I want to achieve as much as is humanly possible in the quickest amount of time that we can, so let's get this site really humming.

Hey, new admin guy, I've been talking to wce_all_way and he is also still keen to be a tf member. According to him he has no reason to be banned and has sent emails asking why with no reply. If you could look into this, i'd be thankful. wce was a respected moderator and it'd be great to have him back.
