I have a few concerns about the new boards atm but will bring them up when neccessary as time may prove me wrong.

My first problem of substance however is that I just quoted a fellow members post who had used 5 smileys in there post which is appareently the board limit and it wouldnt allow me to add my own

Oh but everyone loves Smileys

Other concerns so far are:

A) Avatars not yet accessible

B) MYSQL not as user friendly as PHPBB

C) The loss of Shrek who is basically a founding member here

D) The allowance of foul language which is likely to offend others


On the other hand positives include:

A) The return of most regular posters as well as some new acquisitions that may prove valuable members

B) The site admin being more actively involved

C) Rankings for post %

In regards to the smileys, just delete a couple in the quote, then you have room to add yours.

No threads will offend me as I have broad shoulders and a thick head!

This concern was due to the sighting of regular F-Bombs and the affect on female, or younger members who may take this effective.

Maybe it is V-Bulletin (you know what your running) take that as me thinking I know more than I do but the boards dont seem as user friendly as last time!

Another concern that should be raised now before it once again becomes commonplace is the user Brades.

In the predictions thread he is clearly goading a newer member into an argument and supporting it by the fact that hes a long time member.

Wether we have been here 2 hours, 2 days, 2 months or 2 years it shouldnt matter as we all have a different aspect on things and its good to see things from a different perspective.

Brades either needs to be calmed or culled quite simply as he too often steps out of line for my liking and thinks hes God all mighty!
