Yeah Richmond beat the Dockers by 64 and Carlton beat Collingwood that same weekend.

Anyway i really cannot see the cats losing, and hope they dont lose. I live in WA and can just imagine the size of the Bandwagon if the dockers beat the Cats

Cats by 50

Geelong are due for a big win. Their last quarter last week showed just what they can do.

Geelong should win easily and continue their unbeaten run. That unbeaten run will come to an end in Round 9 when the Cats play the Pies.

A good win for Geelong especially seeing it was played in front of an away crowd. They were well behind, twice it seems, and yet managed to get up in the end and win. I think this game will inspire them a little knowing they were down and yet were able to get up when it counted. I think any side winning by less than a kick is a little lucky, and Geelong were a little lucky. But Geelong did not give in, and persisted until they won. Clearly Freo played a great game too, and this should lift them.

Next Geelong have Brisbane at Geelong, followed by Richmond at the MCG. After that, its Collingwood, what a big big game that will be.
