There's been a couple of times he's kicked scores like 1.7 or something isn't there? From memory I think so.

I dropped him for Richardson in my Supercoach team, and am happy to have done it. Pocketed $50,000 for the trade and Richardson isn't letting me down!

I reckon he had a pretty decent last quarter. You can't expect him to dominate every week from start to finish, no forward has done that, but I reckon the thing with Franklin, is that he's been so hyped up in the media etc, that when he has a game where he doesn't dominate everyone jumps on him.
And scores like 1.7 indicate that he kicked badly, but he still had 8 shots on goal, which means he was getting the ball.
But anyway, here are his games this season. Just go to stats.

Should of kicked 2 bags of ten goals this season but **** me he kicks a lot of points.

Media has hyped him up and now we all think he can kick a bag full every week.....but he plays on that and deserves what he gets.Maybe in time he will mellow out and become a great player without the ego.

Hopefully. I at least hope he keeps the Coleman this year because I'd rather eat my words then give it to Fev

Well Buddy is still the best forward and in the top 5 players of the A.F.L, not sure about the use of criticising him for a couple of bad games.

Gibson matches up extremely well on Franklin. Tore him apart in the semi-final last year and was reasonable in round 3 (Buddy kicked 5 but 2 or 3 were ridiculous free kicks). Then again was solid on the weekend.
I think what North did well was block the gaps Franklin normally runs into. He loves being isolated and having 1 on 1's. We made sure we had one of Petrie, Watt or Hansen sitting in that gap and going back with the flight in front of Franklin at all times.

And the pressure your players put on their mid-field play makers that deliever the ball into the forward line was great as well, that was one of the many factors to shuting Buddy down.Great game for North Melbourne in terms of confidence for the rest of the season.
