Freo desperately need this one. Last time we got thumped by Johnno Brown, this time there is no Bradshaw so that might help us.

Should be a good game, Pavlich usually plays well up there despite Freos poor record and Brown is back in form so expect a pumper from both big fellas.

One thing sums up this game from Freo's side of things: Pathetic disposal. Had we disposed of it cleanly, we would have been winning.

I think you lacked more than efficient disposal, you had no run from half way through the 3rd quarter. Lacked any real setup about your play today it was all just spontaneous.

Is that a general thought on the team or just of today?

General thought for this year. We have one of the best forward structures in the league that is missing a key crumming forward.. but the kicks coming to FF and CHF are too high, too low or just sitting there waiting for a spoil/interception. Its quite annoying really. I sit there getting so frustrated, especially when teams can do it against us. The midfield is also quite slow and when Hasleby gets tagged out like today, we are woeful. Peter Bell was awful and Matthew Carr and Crowley are close to being dropped. We are missing the sparking runs of Brett Peake because he is out with a broken collarbone. This is going to be a long year at this point in time.

However I was pleased with the debut of Warnock. He looked good for a first game ruckman - best since Chris Bryan - and he can only get better.
