If Port don't win this one they can say bye for this season.

in 2007 essendon lose when it should win......and wins when it should lose

everyone will expect us to win....so you know what that might mean.

8-4 and in the top 4 WOULD look good at the half season break tho !

Essendon are the one team capable of running Port back into form. Their record against us over the last 5-6 years is better than most others and i wouldn't be writing Port off at all. Having said that given our current form and our position to take down the 6th and final interstate side and the intersters dominance recently Sheedy will have the boys pumped for a big one. Within 3 goals Bombers way.

I think this is very winnable. Hopefully Tredreas poor form continues, and despite Mark Williams saying Burgoyne will be right, ive heard whispers that he won't come up. Hope the whisperers are right for once.

Geez, your not looking bad on that call. Getting smashed midway through second quarter.

Unfortunately I saw this one coming. Luckily we have a crack at Melbourne to hopefully get some confidence back before we take on the top of the table Cats. I don't think Melbourne will want to win to many more in order to maintain an early pick given their finals hopes are all but written off. Also we should have a few back from injury with Lovett, Lovett-Murray and Houli all possibilities to line up for Bendigo next week and Stanton a lock for the Melbourne match.

i'm glad i've got Robert Gray in my dreamteam.
4 goals in the first half.

at least Essendon finished well in the last quarter.
we saved some vital % there.

Hille got a 1 week suspension for his bump on Cornes. Don't think Lay**** can run with White and Ryder may not be up to his level yet, we could be in a spot of bother.
