Eagles Demand Strong Leadership in 2008

Looks like we have a new look leadership group for 2008.

Darren Glass gets the green light as captain plus they have promoted Dean Cox and Tyson Stenglein to vice-captains, Ashley Hansen, Matt Priddis and Adam Selwood make up the core leadership group.

Looking forward I like their thinking by having a junior leadership group, made up of highly rated younger players, Mark Seaby, Matt Rosa, Shannon Hurn, Brett Jones, Beau Waters and Mark Le Cras.

Interesting they have dumped Norm Smith medallist Andrew Embley.

With no Cousins or Chick Embley should really focus on his football now and win back the trust and respect of his Club and Players.

Interesting no Kerr as well,he is in the same leauge as Embley and needs a consistant season in terms of a change of attitude on and off the field.
Kerr looks good at training and has a hunger in his eyes which hopefully he lashes out this season the right way....(fingers crossed/B M).

Looking forward to the season starting.......Bring it on.
