Default West Coast Eagles - Are they tanking?

Yes big question from a big man.

BUT Could they? Are they? Should they?
The question has now been asked! And is here for you's (Brades) to discuss it!

They could tank if they wanted.

Nothing to suggest they're tanking now (have yet to see them throw a game). Apart from the obvious loss of Judd and Cousins (their no. 1+2 mids) they've had a lot of injuries early on and senior/premiership players well down on their best form. The answer will be revealed later on in the season as the picture at the bottom of the ladder becomes clearer and teams can make their move.

They shouldn't tank. It creates the wrong culture within the club and it's hard to win back when it's lost.

EDIT: Judging by some of the changes this week maybe they are!

If they are tanking, why did they beat Adelaide?

I wanna start some banter.

Basically I can see such a quality team go from hero to zero in one year with no noticable changers except Cousins and Judd they still have one of the best skilled teams in the comp.

Good atempt at some banter. If Sydney had lost the same kalibar of players as West Coast has done maybe your team would be struggling a bit. But I see nobody on your team that compares to what West Coast have lost except goodes, maybe.
